Sandi Price
Certified Stott Pilates Instructor
Sandi Price has been devoted to exercise and training for more than 15 years. Though most instructors get their start in Pilates by way of dancing, Sandi's path was a little more unconventional.
In the early 1990s, Sandi's two boys were gung-ho soccer players and she a devoted "soccer mom." In 1992, Sandi became a licensed USSF soccer coach, and dedicated her time to developing the skills of the kids. It was her first taste of coaching and training folks into shape and she loved it.
In 1997, Sandi broke her leg and throughout the long recovery, became very deconditioned. In 2001 Sandi started taking PILATES and it fundamentals just clicked. In 2005 she started training with Kimber McQueen at Balance Pilates.
Since that day, Sandi has pursued her love of Pilates, and has diligently worked her way to the instructor level. In 2004 she became an instructor for the Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA, where she worked with a variety of individuals and varying skill levels. Regardless of the level of the client, Sandi's main focus is to improve technique to maximize results.
In 2007, Sandi joined the Balance Pilates Training Center team and became STOTT certified in Mat and Reformer. And no doubt she's not done learning, yet. Sandi's motto when it comes to Pilates: You're never done learning.
That, teamed with her buoyant personality, makes training with Sandi an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
