Class Information And Registration

  • Classes are 60 minutes in length. Classes begin with a warm-up that brings awareness to both alignment and form that is maintained throughout the entire class. It then progresses into the body of the workout, which focuses on strengthening the core.
  • Classes are leveled according to ability. New students or students who have taken pilates at another studio, are strongly encouraged to take a private Introductory Session or attend the Intro/Essential class, to review the pilates principles and be sure that previous training is comparable to that of our studio. Please listen to your body and choose your level within the advice of your instructor.
  • Classes are limited to eight students. Small classes allow for individualized attention and instruction.
  • Classes may incorporate small props including arc barrels, fitness circles, foam rollers, stability balls, and flex-bands. Mats are provided or students may choose to bring their own mat or purchase one at the studio.
  • Students are required to register in advance for classes in order to reserve their spot. Class rates are $72 per 6-week session ($12/class). You may join a session already in progress at a pro-rated rate if spots are available.
  • Students may "drop-in" to a class if space is available. Please call ahead before dropping in. Drop-in rate is $15/class.
  • "Specialty Priced" classes are $18/class if you are pre-registered, $20/class drop-in.
  • Dress comfortably but avoid overly baggy clothing. Fitted clothing is suggested to help the instructor spot form and alignment.
