Intro/Essential
Learn the 5 Basic Principles that form the foundation of Pilates and how these principles apply to the first 20 Essential Level exercises. Learn modifications and variations to make exercises easier or more difficult.
Essential/Essential+
A moderate-paced workout with emphasis on applying the 5 Basic Principles to more challenging exercise progressions and preparations for the intermediate exercises.
Essential+/Intermediate:
A faster-paced workout with emphasis on learning the intermediate repertoire of exercises and preparations. This class moves more quickly through exercises and transitions.
Specialty Classes
Intro to Pilates Prenatal
Intro to Pilates for the mom-to-be. Prenatal pilates classes include modified pilates exercises performed in standing, seated, side-lying, all-fours, and kneeling positions. Experience the benefits of Pilates while you bond with your developing baby, connect regularly with your changing body, and meet other moms-to be.
Intro to Pilates
Join this non-intimidating Pilates mat class designed for anyone new to pilates or coming back from an extended break. This class will introduce you to the five basic principles of Pilates and essential level exercises. Learn exercises to strengthen core muscles, improve balance and posture, and increase flexibility.
Body Conditioning
Multi-level class that will focus on all major and supporting muscle groups. Class is designed to strengthen and tone. A fun workout that uses a variety of small props and equipment.
Pilates, Strength and Stretch
Combination-pilates to warm up the body and focus on the core, followed by series of traditional strength training exercise to target and tone superficial muscles, ending with gentle yoga stretch to release tension and focus the mind.
Strength and Conditioning
Using Dumbbells, tubing, and toning balls this class will work every muscle in every plane of motion. Emphasis on stretching, core stability and balance makes this class an overall workout.
